I had a great stay at The Innsbruck Aspen! The staff was super friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. However, I did experience some street noise from my room, and the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable, which made for a bit of a rough night. Overall, it was a cozy place with a fantastic location for exploring the area.

My room was clean and had a full kitchen with high-end appliances, which was a nice touch. The steam shower was a highlight too! But, the sofa bed was pretty much unusable, leading me to sleep on the couch instead.

I loved having free bike rentals to explore the area! However, the swimming pool wasn't much to write home about, just a tiny lap pool that didn't see much use.

I had a wonderful experience at The Innsbruck Aspen. The staff was incredibly friendly and made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, allowing me to easily access the town while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The only downside was that the rooms, while clean and cozy, were on the smaller side.

My stay at The Innsbruck Aspen was a great experience overall. The staff was super friendly and really made me feel welcome, plus the location was close enough to be convenient but still peaceful. However, I did have some issues with road noise and the sofa beds were pretty uncomfortable. Still, the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere made it a place I'd want to return to.

The rooms were small but immaculately clean, featuring nice bathrooms and flat-screen TVs. Loved the mini toiletries too. However, the street-level room I had was a bit noisy at night, so I’d recommend asking for a room away from the road.

I had a pleasant stay at The Innsbruck Aspen, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the heart of Aspen, surrounded by restaurants and shops. However, I did experience some noise from the street at night, which detracted from the comfort a bit.

Rooms

The rooms were clean and well-equipped, especially the kitchen with its high-end appliances. But our sofa and rollaway beds were quite uncomfortable, forcing us to get creative with sleeping arrangements.

My stay at The Innsbruck was nice thanks to the incredibly attentive staff and the cozy atmosphere. I loved having a fully functional kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home during my visit. However, the noise from the street at night and the uncomfortable sofa bed somewhat detracted from the experience.
